• Process
The first step in the development process is ANALYSIS. LBS goes an extra mile
to understand and analyze what the customer needs and requires. Our business
analysts are trained and skilled to understand the peculiarities of the
different business processes, they analyze the critical needs and
requirements that can be useful for the client.
Later the analysts deliver their conceived points to the technical staff
that start with the basic layout designing. The clients’ perception and
approval is taken at every point, so that the minutest details are well
taken care of.
The next step is the high level design, this consists of designing of all
the different modules separately with as much detailing as possible and
similarly the codes are also created.
After the whole development has taken place, the next main and critical point
is testing. LBS puts in an extra effort for testing the application
separately for each module, so as to confirm that each module is functioning
properly. Then there is the Integration Test, here the communication amongst
all the modules is tested. Last is the System Test, where it is checked
whether the finished product fulfills all the software requirements or not.
If during any of these tests a problem occurs, process falls behind one
step, so that all our customers get a web solution with a perfect flow and
no problems.
After the application has been thoroughly tested the next step is deployment
at the clients’ site. With the deployment LBS gives the training to the end
users so that they will not have any problems running the application in
their future processes. If during these trainings the client specifies some
further changes LBS furnishes those also.
